We want you to love your Nicky Zimmermann purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order.
